Does anyone remember the First Amendment? I just can't believe this guy has to apologize for being victim of police brutality and censorship in order to avoid criminal charges. Is there a law against breathless ranting or crafting timeless catch-phrases like "Don't tase me, bro"? If so, lock me away. The Constitution doesn't say anything about Speech being well-crafted, audible, or coherent... just free, bro.
